NOMO started with a drawer full of underwear that did not work.
We were born and raised in the UAE. Eight months a year this country is hot, and for eight months a year most of what is sold here quietly gives up. Pull the label on a mid-priced pair of boxers, a kids' summer set, a nightwear set, and you will usually find polyester, or a blend nobody wants to talk about. It looks fine in the photo. It behaves badly in July.
Cotton breathes. It moves moisture off the skin instead of holding it there. It is the fabric people in hot countries have worn for thousands of years, and there is a reason for that. Somewhere between fast fashion and margin targets, the mid-market quietly swapped it out.
So we made the easy promise
Every single thing we sell is 100% cotton. Not cotton-rich. Not mostly cotton. Not a blend with cotton in the name. One hundred percent, on every product page, in writing.
It is not a complicated promise. It is just one almost nobody in our price band is willing to make, because blends are cheaper and the customer usually does not find out until the weather does it for them.
How we work
We keep the range small on purpose. Men's boxers, kids' sets, women's nightwear. Things people actually wear every day and replace every year, made properly and priced so that buying three does not feel like a decision.
We work with one maker rather than chasing the cheapest quote each season, because consistency in cotton is not an accident. Some pieces we hold in stock in the UAE. Others we cut only after you order, which takes longer and wastes nothing.
