Within the UAE
- Free delivery on orders over AED 150.
- Orders under AED 150 carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
- You receive tracking by email and SMS the moment your parcel leaves us.
Made-to-order items
Some pieces are cut and sewn only after you order, so that nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is wasted. Where that applies, it is stated clearly at the top of the product page along with the timeline, currently up to 21 days. You are given tracking as soon as it ships.
Outside the UAE
We are expanding across the GCC. If your country is not yet available at checkout, message us and we will tell you honestly when we expect to reach you.
Returns
The short version
If it does not fit, or it is not what you expected, send it back within 14 days of delivery and we will refund it.
The details
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Underwear and nightwear can only be returned unopened and sealed in the original packaging. This is a hygiene requirement and it applies everywhere, not just here.
- Made-to-order items are cut for you individually. We accept returns on these only where the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong thing.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of us receiving the item.
If something is wrong with your order
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, message us with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it at our cost. You will not be asked to argue for it.
Starting a return
Email us with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send return instructions the same working day.
